It's 8:30 a.m. and Jim and JW have made it to Missoula, Montana. I estimate a 7 hour drive to Bellingham. Jim said Montana is gorgeous. It will be awesome when it's time to move and we take the same route and see what all they are seeing on this initial trip!

I found a house yesterday on Craig's List, spoke with the gal who is renting it out, and she and her family go to the church we have been looking into attending when we move up there! (they have a great website and they are very similar to the church we attend now; they even have 3500 members!) Talk about a divine appointment (her words :) So, no matter what, I'm already making friends up there! (Jim isn't surprised)

When you make the drive through Monatana, yu'll see why we are wanting move there when Dave retires. It was the oddest thing, the very first time I was in Montana, I felt like I had went home. It stirred a feeling inside of me that I can't explain!

I'm a mid-west girl, and I love driving past fields in the heartland. I can smell the Misissippi River before I ever see it. I love seeing rows of corn, soy beans, sorghum, you name it. It's nostalgic!

Being in Montana though, was a different feeling. It was a homesickness that never made sense! If I believed in that re-incarnation hooey, I'd say that I must've been a part of the Corps of Discovery or Sacajewa herself!

It's God's creation at its finest!
Love,
Connie
